Acceleration issue
Received a new X5 50i last Friday after trading in 2016 X5 50i. I notice the acceleration in the new vehicle is not as strong as my previous vehicle. even though I know the new X5 is quicker. My old X5 used to throw me back in my seat. Any ideas why this may be? This happened to me once in the older car when I had put in inferior gasoline.( I have not refueled since leaving the dealership) Im very upset after spending 86 grand and getting less then stellar performance. Please help

breakout period?? maybe after 1200 miles you can punch it a little more. from what i've read, it will be throwing more than just you back to your seat

Not normal. I would contact your dealer as you may be in "limp mode".
In "Sport Plus" mode the G05 50i will pin you significantly harder than your last X5 even at 3/4 throttle. Goto 50 seconds in. |
