Dealer quote is less than Edmunds or KBB invoice
The dealer's internet quote is about $2k USD less than the invoice price listed on line for a new X5 2019 which brings the price down by 10% exactly. How can I pitch a counter offer since I no longer have a base number to compare against?

Some reference the prices individuals have received on this board, Edmonds, or Leasehacker. Is the 10% before or after incentives?

Should be making offers based on numbers you're getting from other dealers rather than Edmunds or KBB. And not just limited to local dealers. The true market could be at a price above or below invoice depending on how motivated dealers are. A 10% discount sounds good already but you won't really know unless you find out what other dealers are selling their cars for. Also, below invoice can still be a 'base'.
