Particulate Matter Sensor extended coverage? n47/n57

Having a hard time determiming if the particulate matter sensor is included in any coverage extensions. I do qualify for Carb state 7/70k, though it was not listed as a covered component at the time of publication (2014).

Anyone had this covered by the manufacturer after original warranty expiration?

It's listed on www.bmw-rp.com as an extended repair item, but I don't know much about the repair reimbursement.
I would ask a dealer.
