bm3 failed acquiring ots map

i cant download the free map for months. now i have intercooler on and i go buy the 50 dollar map pack and i click get tune, it just says failed aquiring ots map. why is this happening?

Are you trying on a laptop or with the phone app? Wifi or hotspot? Have you opened a ticket with PTF?

Contact PTF they are insanely quick fixing any issue

Also, join the facebook group. There are some jerks in there, but there are some good people that'll help as well.
But the PTF guys respond to tickets incredibly fast if you contact them like Mike said.

yes PTF RESOLVED THIS ISSUE IN 20 MIN! i gave them my log in info and they fixed it and downloaded my maps for me. thanks PTF!!! got that wagner comp evo 2 installed today mike i love it. would be happy to write a review. i just downloaded the e30 map and put e85 in tank. now to top it off with 93 and go for rips!
