Did you have a chance to visit Suspension forum and search for Dinan springs? Lots of threads with helpful information.

I just installed Dinan springs on my f30 335i xdrive. I absolutely love them. Ride quality is way better than stock. These springs are magic. Softer on small bumps but less body roll on turns. I believe the drop is less on my car than yours but I did a lot of research before buying them. They are the most "adult" drop you can do - very subtle.

Not sure about differences with the 340 vs 335 but I've got them on my 335i xDrive. Absolutely love them. Was worried the drop wouldn't be enough, but it's perfect IMO. As far as ride quality goes it stiffens up the car, but not too harshly. Biggest difference I've noticed is a substantial decrease in body roll, which was my biggest complaint with the stock suspension.
On 19x8.5 +30 235/40/19 19x10 +45 265/35/19 On stock 400m's 18x8 square with 225/45

I had Dinan springs + bumps installed along with Koni Sport yellows
https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1597262 Eliminates the wheel. Car is stiff, but not too stiff - wife doesn’t complain. Much improved grip and handling. Be sure to replace the shocks if you lower the car |
