Where did you get your 1200 miles service?

After reading all these horror stories about dealerships using wrong fluid and such during the 1200 miles service on some of our forum members, I'd like to avoid it at all cost. Can you please recommend the dealership, where you have used for your 1200 miles service and beyond in NYC/NNJ area? Thanks in advance.

DeSimone BMW, Mt. Laurel, NJ...a little South of you, but they've serviced both 6MT and DCT E92 M3's.

Thank you. It'll be a bit of a drive. I'll consider it, unless a closer one is recommended.

I went to paul miller in the past and always felt like a number. i felt like morristown has a higher level of personal attention.

Guys, any experience with Prestige in Ramsey, NJ? I am scheduled to go there next week. I will share my story with you once the service is completed... unless I read a horor story tomorrow that would lead me to reschedule with another center.

Good experience at Prestige for my 1,200 service

OK, so I got my car back today and here is my experience at Prestige:

- valet service: the guy was very professional, put a plastic cover on my seat right away and drove it away gently
- the service advisor was very amicable and professional... with the exception of the issue I described at the following thread: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=164313
- the car was eventually fixed within 48 hours and only 1 mile had been added to the car! (which I really loved!!.... no joy ride there!!! )
- the car was clean...except under the door and door sills but overall very nice job
- the guy who drove the car from the parking to me this morning was ultra careful, very polite and just made me feel well about how they handled the car
- lastly, the loaner was a BMW...so no complaints there!!

So, despite having waited an extra day for nothing (but I would not have been able to drive it anyway)... I will give them a 5/5 and will go back in the future.
