how to i remove the side mirrors on E92?

I dont have a clue and dont wanna risk breaking anything. Please help thanks.

Reason for request is to install M3 mirrors*

Open the window, pull the top of tweeter on the door right to you to unclip the top side, then push up from the bottom using a pry tool or something like that. You will immediately see 2 of the 3 TORX screws. The third one is a bitch to access though.

The 3rd one is behind the rubber weather strip. Just keep your door open and pull back on that rubber slowly and it will expose the 3rd torx screw. unplug the connector and you're good to go. be careful and have someone hold the mirror if you aren't able to hold it yourself.

Forgot to mention - the screws are screwed really, really, really tight!

use a Torx tool that will have an angled handle for better leverage.
