I'm not using CarPlay

I've used Apple Music just fine with normal Bluetooth iDrive. However, my last 2 trips it just stopped showing Now Playing on iDrive. It just says there are no audio files or whatever. It still plays the music fine but iDrive has no idea whats playing. It can even do Next properly.
Tried a reboot, didn't work. Tried force killing Apple Music and trying again, no dice. Podcasts work fine. This car man...

I do manual iDrive reboot when this happens

This may be fixed with the latest IOS 12.3 update...
