Rear Ride Height Question...

Hello Folks,
I'm new to this forum - although I have used it for reference over the past year or so.

Anyhow, I own a 07 335i Coupe; I have noticed that the passengers side (rear) of the body is about 7-10mm lower than the right hand side - Do the springs set the ride height?

Normally I would not care about something as insignificant as this, however I have recently installed M3 replica wheels from VMR with 265/30/19 (adjusted my camber slightly negative <out of spec>), and over a hard bumps they rub the fender on that particular side.

Your thoughts are appreciated - Thanks
