yes it is good. it is definitely a buyer's market everything is cheaper from houses to cars. its just more difficult to get approved that's all. but property is always good. you want to own things that appreciate and lease/rent things that depreciate

I would still wait, Im still believing it gonna get worse before better as in maybe 5 to 6 months the propery could lose 30 - 50k depending what area you are in but still i see values going down more...

Correct-amundo...I live near downtown Pleasanton, and my house has gone up in value by 10% in the 2 years I've owned it. Just a few blocks away (outside the core downtown area), the houses have declined by 10-15% in the same time frame.
