regular side cam instead of 3d
Hi all,
I have a 1029 X4 with the surround 3d view camera system. Is there a way to view exactly what a side camera sees? WHat I mean is, instead of a 3d picture stitches together, can I just see what my left camera sees? I noticed in the BMW app, in remote 3d view if you click the top of the page where it shows the location and time of the last refresh, it takes you to a page which lets you view what each individual camera sees. |

Yes, it is. When stationary (only), you press the Park assistant button, and then you either touch the screen (the left side, but not on the side) and pick the camera you want (little icons around the picture of the car), or you can also select with the knob (not sure now how exactly do that).

So in the video, its still showing the 3d car.
What I want is to see exactly what the cam sees like in the BMW remote app. Please see the attached pictures for better clarification of what I mean |

I believe what you are seeing in the app are the 4 pictures it takes to make the 3D surround view. Not sure why you would want a peep hole view out the side. The 3D view is to show objects around your car.
