I'm thinking for running this staggered setup on my E90 2011 335d M sport.

Michelin super sports or Yokohama's

Front-235/40R18 Rear-265/35R18


Apex EC7 wheels

18x8.5" ET35
Rear: 18x9.5" ET35

Pictures would be much appreciated.

9 up front I'm told you have to run spacers....and with a 10 in the back I figured would have less tire protection. I'm not really interested in stretching the tires out. Make sense?

This is a great bolt-on fitment with the sizes you listed. Here are some photos to give you an idea of how they'll look. It's a pre-LCI model, but the same wheel & tire specs:

Front: 18x8.5" ET35 with 235/40-18 tires
Rear: 18x9.5" ET35 with 265/35-18 tires

That's the same combo (tire and wheel size) i have offsets +35 / +30
I'm on Goodyear Eagle asymmetric Summer compounds F3

A 245/35 up front would be even better imo.

I run 245/35 and 265/35 on 18x9 ET29 and 18x10 ET40. No spacers just a flush, meaty fitment.

I too, am interested in flush, meaty fitment that completely takes up wheel and tires space without spacers.

Currently running stock 193 style, 225/255 with spacers. I believe 12 front and 15 rear.

There's good 5-10 mm on both front and rear to be flush with fenders, and obviously, space that spacers are taking up.
Would wider wheel / tire similar, with stock offsets to OP's completely take that up, or more can be had? in other words, what offsets and wheel size completely takes up space for LCI e90?

I assume, similar thinking in going with:

"Front-235/40R18 Rear-265/35R18
Apex EC7 wheels

18x8.5" ET35
Rear: 18x9.5" ET35"

To clarify, an 18x9" ET30 or ET31 will not require spacers with stock suspension or lowering springs. Only certain coilover setups may require spacers due to spring configuration and ride height. The 18x10" ET33 is too aggressive for the rear of an LCI E90 unfortunately. 18x9.5" ET35 with 255/35-18 is as wide as we recommend on stock fenders, while a 265/35-18 can be fitted with rolled rear fenders.

The 18x8.5" ET35/38 and 18x9.5" ET35 setup will be 5mm more aggressive up front and 14mm more aggressive in the rear. With an LCI E90, you're limited to 255/35-18 rear tires before you'd need to consider rolling the rear fenders to prevent rubbing.
