Cool G20 3er - 'sup with the huge grille?

It feels like every new generation keeps getting a bigger and bigger grille. How do you feel about that? Bigger grille = more aesthetic?

I don't mind it, i mean I like every new grill from BMW except for the 7. The X7 looks great as the grill is proportionate and I think the 3 and 5 actually have the perfect sized grill right now.

The X7 looks like it is a radiator with a vehicle attached to it.

Well we are the hardest group (enthusiasts) to please. Most of us have attachments to certain parts, designs in a way that we don't like to see them change too much. Doesn't mean they are bad but just human nature to dislike seeing change when it's something we already like as they way they are.

. That’s funny! I’ll never look at the X7 the same way again.

Speaking in unscientific terms only, the newly updated BMW grills generated more opinions than any other redesign element. While it's a perfect opportunity for product planners to listen to customers, product planners also know that at some point everyone will move on.

As long as we don't get to that hideous thing that Lexus is putting on the front of their cars.

Agreed, Lexus just needs some train tracks under it to go with that cow catcher.
