Any possibility of $5K lease credit for comp?

I would like the comp but the $5K lease credit for non comp makes it alot more attractive. About a $240-250/mo difference between the two and that is only if the purchase price is the same % off MSRP which it typically is not.

Sure would be nice if it applied to comp as well. Any possibility of it happening in the next few months?

Anything is possible...but no one can predict future incentive programs.

I was told by my CA that the $5k lease credit on the regular M5 has been there since the beginning the 2019 model year because BMWFS felt the difference in MSRP of the regular M5 vs M5 comp was too close. In other words, it didn't encourage anyone to get the regular M5 because on a lease, the difference was relatively small. So BMWFS effectively reduced the regular M5 MSRP with a credit in order to sell more.
