SlyBracket/BOZZmount works on the MSport!

I've been looking for a no-drill front license plate bracket that would work with the M Sport sensor array. I tried one off amazon that couldn't be adjusted enough to not set off the parking sensors. I'd been waiting on a couple tow-hook options that aren't yet available, and then stumbled upon this BOZZmount no-drill bracket designed for a mesh grill. It's made by Slybrackets.

It was simple to install, maximally adjustable, and as you can see from the pictures avoids all the sensors. I really like it.

Glad it works! My dealer actually drilled my bumper even after we agreed they wouldn't. I had told them I was using this mount and they tried to claim it wouldn't work. In the end it all worked out as I wouldn't except delivery of the vehicle until they replaced the drilled piece. Magically they were able to replace the part in only a couple of days (it was the end of the month)

The mount and your X5 look great!

It looks like you didn't have to use the spacers.

I actually used the small spacer to move it out a tiny bit. I took the close up pic before placing them. It comes with two lengths of spacers.

couple of questions.

Is the mesh strong enough to hold the license plate?

Will the reach of the radar be limited by the license plate potentially obstructing the view towards the passenger side?

The license plates in Virginia are feather light aluminum as I assume they are most places, so yes it's not a heavy weight to hold. The mounting system is also lightweight.

The plate doesn't interfere with the sensors.
