New Iphone 3g and BMW Bluetooth connection

Upgraded the new Iphone and use Microsoft exchange server.

My previous functioning Iphone would freeze -- could not make phone calls and had to reset everything.

Finally came up with solution. When I started syncing with microsoft exchange server, I was syncing over 2000 contacts. It was too many contacts for the memory of the BMW nav system.

When I reduced the number of contact to under 1000, everything became functional again.

Best Wishes,

Joan

Thanks for the info. I also got the old 2g and the new 3g. I sync my car with the older 2g when we were in Europe and still waiting for the reunion back home. I heard some bugs when using the new 3g with IDrive but I cannot confirm it yet. I will take note of your info just in case I hit the same problem.
