Question Programming update? TSB info?

I took my car to the dealer for Auto PDC malfunction and they found that the 498 faulty PDC sensor needs replacement along with SIB 660119 programming update needed. I am being told by the service advisor that it will 3 hours to update the programming. Is the programming update same as software update? Is there anywhere online I can look up TSB codes for SIB 660119 for codes 803207 and 803206?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, programming is generally the same as updating the software, but you can ask them to make sure.
