X3 30e production starts in December

Production starts in December 2019, for the 30e.
Combined power from the 4-banger + E is around 250hp, and 0-100kmh should be around 6.5s.
50km E range with the new cycle measurements.
The drawback is 100L less cargo space, but the rear seats folds as usual.

Probably this is what I need, but X5 45e is what I want.

After buying X5 45e you will hear announcement of iX3/iX5 and find them more attractive.

Yes for sure! So keep the pace to change car every three years, and at that time pick the most reasonable choice. Or something similar.

I happened to have a 530e as a loaner car once. The EV drive was amazing, but once the engine kicked in it became as underwhelming as other cars with that engine.

I have driven other EV and PHEV (in EV mode) before, although those cars also drove well in terms of power train, they were all lack of overall refinement.

I think I am going to skip 30e and go iX3 directly.
