Now that's my dream job.. modeling what BMW's most important car looks like.
The clay they use isn't the regular kind, it has rubber as an ingredient. When it's heated up it can be molded, then it hardens when cooled and can be chipped/chisled. Can also be painted too I think. |

Look at the rear tail lamps in one of the pictures above. Its different from what ended up in the final version of the car. IMO, the worst feature of the e90 is the rear lamps. I like the ones on the clay model much better.

The light were like the original spy pic of a crash test car.
The lights were apparently changed because Audi brought out a "sport back" A4 with VERY similar lights before the E90 was launched |
