Residual gone down
Seems like from Dec to March, 3yr/10k residual has down from 55% to 53%. Leasing an 8 is not a good value at all. Better to buy or BMW Select.

What's a 1500+ a month lease now will be a grand soon. And you'll feel like your driving a 530i paying 15 or 1600 a month. |

It was the same story with the 6-series. When I cross shopped the 6GC with the F10, there was a $15k MSRP premium on the 6GC plus a 5% premium on the residual. BMW doesn't subsidize the 6's and 8's as much as it does its bread and butter cars like the 5-series.

So very true. Biggest subsidy is the i8.
