I can hardly believe it. I agreed a deal on an M40i just two days ago and already the tracker is showing "Production Begins"! Wow.

Any idea how long the build process takes from here? Shipping to the dealer I realize will vary depending on where you are (I'm in Washington State).

Once my X4 went into production, it took about 3 weeks to get to Southern California. The web page status was mostly wrong for me though. The vehicle was at my dealer 2 days before the web page said the vehicle had been delivered.

From what I been reading on this forum, the online tracking varies. Meaning it isn't necessarily 100% accurate. Some people reported that they saw jumps from one part of production to another, etc. Just a FYI, also awesome build!

Thanks guys. I guess I'll just have to keep checking every hour on the hour until it is delivered.
