G20 Sport Line Test Drive

Today, I had the chance to drive a sport line 18" wheels car. It is very quiet and gives you comfortable ride. It had black sensatec. The quality of the seats is definitely better than the ones on F30s. Overall, car is totally different and upgraded compared to previous generation.

The Sport Line no longer comes with 704 M Sport suspension right? I'm interested to know what the base suspension feels like. I know you say it's comfortable, but is it still sporty? Would you say it's more controlled than your F30?

Yes it is not the 704m but it is definitely giving you more control than the previous generation base one. I liked the base wheels as well. Absorbs the imperfections on the road really well, while it looks sporty.

That's good to hear. There seems to be near universal agreement that the suspension has been "fixed." How did you feel about the steering? I know you can't exactly drive aggressively enough on a test drive to test a car's steering at its limits, but does it seem like it has at least some feedback in the Sport/+ modes?

Steering is better than F30, but not the way hydraulic feels at all.

I think it all depends on the color. IMHO it looks good only on black, gray and red. For the rest it looks weird.
