BMW connected app

App was working last night till to this morning ,can't use as usual, removed registered vehicle and added
It back,log out and re-log in app,no luck at all

The app (at least for Android) is back to normal again -- and didn't delete my vehicle profile like it did before. Fun fact; server side via the Connect Drive portal is still throwing server errors currently, though...

im still having issues adding vehicle, even though it was working few days ago.

Yeah!that issue seems gone.now is 4:05pm Eastern time ( iOS app)

This is getting a bit frustrating with this ios app. None of the remote services are working. It does get vehicle info but no remote control. The BMW assist phone people either hang up or are not helpful. I expected more from BMW.
Are other forum members having this problem? I see at least a few are in a similar boat as me. They did admit server problems but I would expect BMW to at least post the outage on the web or in the app.

The app was updated on my iphone today and it now shows in Doors and Windows ..... "Rear Window - unknown"
I also had to re-login.

I got an email today from BMW saying they 'upgraded' the App and now I can make payment via the App... Not sure if this was behind the current issues

Ours has always worked great! Recently caught a shot of them aligning headlights in the shop after replacing the bumper cover (they broke a headlight module). It was gone two weeks and I could always tell when it was waiting for parts or when it was moved outside their facility, etc.

Me neither! On the privacy menu I enabled some stuff so that I would be able, for instance, to see the (remote) surround view, but I don't see the option on the bmw connected app and I also don't see all this info regarding the doors, windows and trunk lid! Why?!

Mine works fine. Maybe get it fixed at the dealership? this should not be an issue.

I wish we had this available up here in Canada. Ridiculous how we dont have this version for androids (not sure about iOs)

Mine's all working except it list rear window unknown, instead of the side windows!

Must be for the G05 with split tail gate.

It's obvious that BMW is not a sw company. They should stick to build cars.

It might be working in the EU but broken in the US. Or, perhaps BMW's US servers are broken. I have the same, "Rear window: Unknown" status as others.

In the US, the iOS app version is 10.0.2 (10.0.2.1362 in the app) and was last updated around a month ago.
