So basically car has 51k miles Only tuned for basically 4k miles
Running aggressive tune MHD Stage 2+ with Downpipes, Inlets, Upgraded chargepipe, DCI and ngk 1 step colder plugs. as far as brands go

CNT Downpipes
VRSF Chargepipe
Pinnacle performance DCI
RB Inlets
I used valvoline syn power 0w 40 and mobil 1 0w 40 and they are both ass compared to castrol edge 0w 40 which i will be using in my next oil change.
i was just wondering what should i expect out of these turbos with proper cooling down procedure and warming up. I allow the car to cool down 5 mins no matter what the situation is. and learn it get to at least 190f in winter before getting on it. in the summer i just wait to 210f
How long should i expect these stock turbos to last ? I honestly like stock turbos apposed to diff upgraded turbos because they spool up a lot faster. i hate lag so a bigger turbo is a no go for me in the future. besides i'am happy with the 420 whp that the stockers provide me rn.

They'll last as long as your waste gates stay tight and don't rattle and cause 30FF. There's no definite timeframe for how they'll last some OEM brand new turbos fail within a few thousand miles just because of how the waste gates are designed. This issue is more so addressed with upgraded turbo setups. That's great that you're treating the car very nicely and I pretty much do the same. I may suggest that you buy a VRSF 7" HD Intercooler as that is recommended for Stage 2+.

Also you're not 420WHP on Stage 2+. S2+ will get you in the range of 360whp-390whp. The 420HP rating is at the crank.
