19x9.5/10.5 +22 on pre lci sedan e90

I really havent found anything in 19x9/10 with a lip I like. i keep finding 19x9.5/10.5 and dont wanna shell out 3k+ for custom so I'm just wondering what's involved in getting these to fit. it's a 2006 325i sedan. i dont mind rolling fenders and i have about a half finger wheel gap, maybe 1/4 finger. i just wanna know what all will be involved in getting these to fit so I'm prepared to pull the trigger. from what uve seen it just looks like a roll on the rear and maybe 2* neg camber rear. need a fitment gurus help please.

I would never do a pull and ruin the outside fender line. And, I prefer not to go beyond the fenderline. But to each their own.

yeah I've seen that thread before, unfortunately alot of those guys dont say what they had to do to fit their wheels. I feel like for ibformarional purposes in addition to dimensions they should have listed if they were pulled, rolled, lowered and if they rubbed at all or not. I'm pretty new to bmw fitments so that first set of wheels is always a little nerve racking. dont wanna go too conservative but dont wanna go impossibly aggressive either. it's my weekend car though so I'm ok with a bit of stretch and rolling, just dont wanna have to have any body work and paint done to the fenders. my paint is still too pretty to justify ruining it lol.

The best way to maximize the outter fender clearance is to shave off the lip. You'll preserve the fender's clean visual line, as well as preventing any repaint. I had my fender's shaved. Even with my current set-up as shown, 19x10.5 et35 plus a 5mm spacer and 275/30 Pilot 4S, I still have room to play with. That rear set-up is now for sale. My new upcoming set-up is 19x11 et35 and 285/30. I'll fine tune the offset to flush the wheel to the fender with a spacer . . . . . . 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, or none.

did you just use a dremel to grind the lip off and if so did you do anything like dousing it with water during to prevent the friction from burning the paint? if that's all you had to do to fit those that's a fairly easy mod. likely I'm guessing a bit of sandpaper or Emery cloth after to take the edges down and a small brush with some sealant to prevent rust.

I used a hand held grinder with a fresh cutting wheel for a fast cut. Key word is fast. If you cut slow, the heat is your paint finish's enemy. So cut fast with a steady hand. You can fine tune the cut by following up with quick grinding sweeps. Then follow up with emery cloths and some primer/paint.
