New 435i owner...P00BD CEL

I did some searching before posting, but I didn't find anything solid on what is causing the CEL.

The car:2014 435i M Sport - 42K miles - I've had the car about a month
Mods: Car came with Dinan intake and from the looks of it VRSF CP

Today I left work for lunch and noticed the light come on. No loss in power driving back to work or even on the way home after work.

When I got home I read the code and tried clearing it with my OBD2 module and Torque Pro, but it wouldn't clear. I popped the hood and checked for any visible issues...none that I could see.

I have a 100K mile warranty...should I take it in? Any ideas?

Just an update...CEL was off this morning and didn't come back on my way to work. I'll keep an eye on it and post if it comes back.

The Dinan intake shouldnt throw a CEL so I would first check the connections for the CP as well as the intercooler piping for cracks/leaks.
