Lowering rear subframe issue

I purchased front and rear sway bars from ECS and I'm trying to install them. The front sway bar was a breeze. The rear how ever has become a pain in the ass. I'm trying to lower the rear subframe and the subframe bolt on the drivers side rear near the muffler refuses to loosen up. I can get it a few turns out but then It just dosent want to move. I had a 3 foot breaker bar on it and with all of my force the bolt just barely budges. I got it to back out a couple of more turns and it just wont move. Where as all other bolts come out fairly easily. Any thoughts, tips?

Have you tried spraying penetrating oil to loosen it up a bit?
