Quirks

Love the car! And just had 1200 mile service done. According to HHBMW, they unlock full power from 75%.

I have found two quirks and curious what y'all think.

1. When not in m1 (set as sport sport) or m2 (plus plus) the base (when starting car) is efficient and sport steering. Why not efficient and comfort steering? I've reset profiles too but that didn't change. Thoughts?
2. Speed limit notice keeps getting cleared. I like to set it at 100 and have even saved to seat profile after but it seems to clear itself. Thoughts?
3. That silver muffler though. I know there's a post about this but according to my service guy, black engine paint from any paint shop will do the trick. Anyone painted it?

Thanks again. I'm grateful for this forum and I always search for my answers prior to posting.

Here's a recent pic with different filters. It's so fun!

Run a search for the painted muffler there are several threads about it, seems like a good idea!

Congrats...

There is no unleashed extra power at or post break in service.

Plenty of people have painted the utter with success thus far. Search can be your friend.

Yes weird about steering starting in sport. I’m keen to find a solution too.

Probably because it's a sporty car that BMW wants you to drive efficiently.
