Keep it at home...
Keep the M2C's at home tonight, don't need some inebriated moron crashing into your prized possession, just not worth it. It is never the same afterwards, and when January 1st arrives your car will be flawless.

Even if I had a Koenigsegg Regera, I'd leave it at home tonight.
I don't drink nor enjoy large social events. I think I'll watch John Wick again tonight. |

Yea, I cringe when I hear people getting winter tires for the m2c. I can't help but to think that with the 3-5k they spend on the winter set, that they can just get a beater. I, myself, have a '17 Jeep Wrangler for the winter months.

Sports cars with winter tires are amazing fun in the winter. A couple years ago I had an e92 m3 and a ‘14 Ram sport 4x4. I drove the m3 in ice, snow and slush for an entire winter even though my truck was parked right next to it in my garage. Why? It was more fun. The only downside for me was rock chips, so I got PPF on the m2.

We are similar. I have a 2015 Tacoma lifted King Suspension with 34" tires. My other hobby is camping and getting into off the grid areas.

In the Northeast, around 4-5 months of the year can have unsafe conditions for summer tires. Would never let my car sit that long. In my opinion, you need winter or all-season tires if you plan to drive it at all below 40F regularly. |
