Whistling Wagon

Hey all,

I'm 1200 miles into my E91 325xit. I love the car, but one thing really is starting to get on my nerves. The driver's side outside mirror whistles from 20-50mph. The whistling is constant, and can easily be heard with the window up.

The passenger side mirror doesn't seem to have the problem.

So, anyone else have this problem? I can only imagine the reaction at the dealer when i say my mirror whistles.

Everything looks good, there is no damage to the mirror, and I have pulled it flat to the car and extended it again, just to make sure it is firmly in position.

Sounds like the cover (painted part) or something isnt on correctly

take it to a dealer immediately maybe you are not the only one who has a car that whistles

My wagon doesn't whistle, talk to the dealer.
What dealer anyway?

ChiTown, that's my exact car minus the tinting. I love this car, but the whistling makes me a bit loony! Solution: just go faster.

I'll talk to my dealer and see what they say.
