Bm3 vs mhd/jb4

Is there any real benefit from picking on side versus the other? It seems the fastest and quickest stock turbo cars are mhd/jb4 so I was just curious to see if there was a reason to go one way or the other.

Pretty much what I thought, except the warranty part.. Either or would/could void warranty, just depends on what BMW wants to do lol
