Rims and tyres for drifting

Hello all

I've been to a couple of driftdays but my rear tires wear a bit too fast.

I was thinking of buying a separate set of (second hand) rims and tyres for driftdays (not too expensive or too fancy). My question: would 17" rims fit on the rear? In the front I would keep the stock rims & tires.

Also what would be a good tyre for drifting?

No, 17s won't fit. I got 18s and there is less than half inch between the caliper and the wheel.

Cheap tire.
