Finally here

Well I finally took possession of my new 230i X drive at the performance delivery center Monday! All I can say is that:

A. The car is everything I hoped and more. It is just amazing and it’s going to take me a long time to come back to earth.

B. Taking delivery at the performance center was awesome, even though it was only a 2hr driving school I really learned a lot. Including the fact that I really did not need to get a 240i there is simply no way I would ever need that much additional power. But yes, god it was fun on the track and the skid pad!

And all the folks at the center went out of their way to make our day special.

Thanks for all the help some of you have offered during my LONG shopping process.

Ah...I remember that photo spot so well...our former '14 F31 Glacier Silver M-Sport was shot there as well.... Hope to do it again someday with a 2 series.

It’s an effing good car, and despite the proliferation of plastic (too much body kit and interior adornments in the case of mine) it feels like a proper small BMW and within the limits of today’s buyers’ tastes, looks like one too. Have fun with it!
