Let the coding begin...

Now that the ASS is programmed to stay on with each start, I hated having to remember to press the off button each time I started the car. So with E-SYS I just coded the X5 to remember the last setting so it stays off now. Next to go is the seat belt gongs, icons and reminders!

Updated version of esys and daten files or you figure something more out?

My other pet peeve besides ASS is closing the hatch from the key and not having to hold the button down on the door to close, just one push - those are high on my list!

As of now none of the old cheat codes work so it's just a little searching now. The G30 is somewhat similar to the G05 so some of the coding work that had been done on that car can be used on the G05. Make sure you have the latest psdzdata.

I don't use that. I use E-SYS.

Thanks I am still probably a month from having the car, but will get all my stuff updated to latest version and can join in the fun searching through all the settings.

Shouldn't be much different than G30 and F90.
Code them already using E-Sys.
If there is someone local that I can borrow, I should be able to spend sometime finding and confirming the coding.

How long would you need a G05 to figure out the coding? Just get a test drive and bring it to your shop LOL

That one is a little harder as requires a VO change to the coding and then enabled is my understanding, but it will get figured out given a little time!

VO is not hard.
I think it is the easiest.

Hahaha. I tried to convince my sales person to let me do that, but he can't.

Actually there's some new ECU's and a fair amount of trimmed files now.
