Anyone gets the DCT yet?

Is there anyone got the DCT already? My dealer at Vancouver(Brain Jessel) keeps saying that the production for DCT is still not yet avaliable. This drives me crazy since i've placed my deposit there since last year december. Now is the end of the 08 production, so i may look forward for the september producion as 09' model. But they told me that they are not sure they can confirm the DCT order in september, if not,then the wait is disaster. Why is that?

Wow, you really have not been keeping up. There are tons of US folks with DCT and lots of drive reports (me included). I guess the situation in Canada may be completely different than in the US, but still, to say that "production is not available" is complete BS.

I got my MDCT two weeks ago. I ordered it in April.

WenHan I got my DCT in Edmonton on June 28. I think mine is the only one in Edmonton at this time.

I'm very happy with the shifting. In auto mode the shifting is so smooth. In manual you can drive as agressive as you want and the shifting is so crisp.
Hard to explain. I think the americans have spent more time in their DCT than us Canucks. I have had my car since July and Im still getting used to it.
