Electronic buzzing/whurring when doors shut?

New E90 BMW owner! Anyone hear or know what the electronic buzzing/vibrations noise is when doors are shut? Also hear clunking or resetting of something in the dash area near the Steering Wheel when nothing is on, just sitting in vehicle !

Ignore it. They all do that. The one in the dash is the HVAC baffles. Not sure what the motor sounds are, but they seem to be related to the door locks or similar.

yeah, it's kinda weird at first, especially when you'r ecleaning the car. but i figured nothing bad happened, so it shouldn't be anything to worry about.

does it have anything to do with the driver presets that are programmed for each key? ie. seat position, hvac settings, etc?

Nice to know! Didn't think it was too serious. Settings config kind of stuff i'm sure. Thanks..I'm having a great time driving, waiting for the breakin period to END...Used to race Eagle Talons in rallies, went to SUV's GMC (mistake) for 10 years, now back in the fast lane. Yeah Baby!!! Premium Pkg, sports pkg, rear park assist, sparkling Graphite Metalic, great sports seats, Logic 7 sounds pretty good too!! So far so good, getting lots of cool looks. :rocks: Thanks again..
