At first glance I was exciting in thinking and hoping the first two images were glacier silver, but reminded myself of the limited launch colors - looks like MW.

Base X5 is looking rugged and utilitarian. Darker colors will compliment the grey trim.

I'm sorry but this is soooo ugly. obtusely ginormous grill (who thought this was a good idea??), tail lights stolen from a Kia/Hyundai (in a weird reversal), and exhaust tips that were discarded by the Acura MDX team.

Gotta let it grow on you. Felt the same about the 7er. But now you just accept it.

It looks like a Chinese knock-off of what they think the X5 is supposed to look like. Introducing the all new Geely PXX50QQZ .

I think the grey plastic around the wheels, lower doors, lower rear bumper is bad... Dark colors and matching paint on all body panels will be much better. M-Sport should take care of it.

The rear lights are a mix between a Cayyene and a GLE. It has no relevance to any BMW predecessor. It is confusing as shit. At first glance you'd think you are looking at a merc or a P car. I mean where is the L shape that is used on all previous generations and always stood out from the german bunch. Wtf man. BMW get your shit together.

You mean massive body roll, a steering system that is not connected to the front wheels, and the engine note played through the speaker system?!?!?!?!
