These guys are on Ebay with perfect feedback, so I gave them a chance. Their customer service was atrocious, although the pixel repair on my radio was done correctly (only after getting Ebay involved and basically threatening them to get my radio back).

Be aware that they game the system on Ebay and get their negative/neutral reviews removed. I would not use them again and would probably do the repair myself next time.

This may be old news to some of you, but just thought I'd put it out there.

Yelp is well known for the Bull SHIT reviews on that site so the only "policing" done is on forums or facecrack, etc.
Which reminds me, Tony @ Vargas Turbo had me waiting forever to get turbos AND I never even got a t-shirt he promised me ! LOL

Total ripoff company. I sent them a radio from my e30 m3, and after months of nothing but BS sob stories, he wanted me to pay for labor he supposedly put into it to get my own, unrepaired radio back.

Yeah, that guy, I won’t name him here, has a long history of screwing people over and is to be avoided. Changed company names to get a clean slate before too.

Tomas at BavTech has done several pixel repairs and sourced some used parts for me in the past. Always takes the time to talk me through solving an issue. Honest guy, BMW lover, and located near my house.
