What kind of oil leak is this?

I was surprised seeing this. Is this a leak or do you think it's when I remove my oil filter housing that some oil leaked down there? It seems be at the bottom of the engine but like, that can't be the oil pan or is it? Seems to high to be there.

Here are 2 photos to show you the area, it's pretty much under the charge pipe but more on the engine side (so middle ish).

A BAD one ?

Replace the oil filter housing gasket, common problem.

Ok good that's what I changed.

Still in the process as I dropped the nut for the last intake manifold bolt... trying to find it in the engine bay such a pain.
