Is this the correct oil?

I just bought some oil for my 09 328i. I'm 99% sure this oil is okay to use but I'd just like to make sure that it is for sure okay.

Honestly LL-01 doesn't even matter. Only reason I use LL01 is because the price delta isn't that big when you buy castrol from walmart. Or if you're getting $15 oil changes from FCPEuro.

If the LL01 Castrol was $36-$40/jug like at AutoZone or any other chain auto parts store, I would be putting SuperTech Full Synthetic 5w30 in my car. I think oil change interval and using the correct viscosity matters more.
