Help - drivers window stuck up!

I had a loss of power and lost my express up feature. I followed the "instructions" and had the window down then held the button for 3-5 seconds, then had the window up and held in the up position for 3-5 seconds. I am now stuck with a window that will now move down. I can hear it engage when I pull up, but nothing on the down. Any suggestions? I have no desire to go to the dealership...
