Test drove G37S

I test drove the G37 today and wow what a nice car (Good balance of luxury and sport). However, one thing I couldn't stand was the LOST of connection between the road and steering wheel. When I drive my 328i sedan, the steering wheels feels like I am connected and need a bit of effort to turn. With the G, it feels like I am just moving the wheel by itself (felt too light). It was a fun test drive: the car was powerful, luxurious, and great designs.

The G37 has a TINY sunroof, I thought it looked weird.

I was just down that road a week ago. 335i has it beat hands down in terms of steering feel and road feel, but the value in the g37s is hard to ignore

I test drove it too some months ago, and I didn't like the brakes. They stopped very well when pressed hard, but otherwise I thought they felt somewhat spongy. The 335i brakes are firmer. Still, the Infiniti was a nice drive.

lol on an E9x forum posting about a G37S and then say it doesn't feel connected to the road, most if not all responses:

+1. I was quoted $40k and TTL for a 6speed with navi, bluetooth, rear back up camera, etc. A bit cheaper than the E92 335i, but at the price range..it's the best of everything.

It's great for it's price but obviously not as good as the 335. Also in the looks department I think the 335 is way nicer. Like they say, you get what you pay for.

I don't think so. the rear of the E90 is terrible(and I own 1), even the Camry's looks better.

IMO the G37 looks pretty good. I don't like the exhaust sound though. It reminds me too much of the "fart can muffler" ricer mods people always seem to put on their Civics.

i'd take it over 328 but not over 335. steering is a bit active or dynamic, it changes its responsiveness based on speed. good shit

it is a well built car and i like it. personally, i think 335i is more sportier but g37 is more luxurious. i still like my 335i better than g37 but i'd take it over 328.

When I was deciding between the g37 and the 335, it came down to the fact that the 335 felt like it wanted to be driven. g37 just felt like it was there. No Sht worth every penny more!

I drove my friends G37, its a very good everyday car. The exhaust note is louder then the 335is and the good thing about the G37 is that theirs any lag whe you floor it But when I took a turn going 28 mph, I swear I was going to die, as far as the ride feel and turning it sucks Its still a good overall car.

lol when my friend drove my car, he didnt say one word speechless

You could get G37 if you don't mind me passing you.
