Creaky Caliper

Just wanted to share my frustration with a creaky caliper.
I've done just about everything, even applied brake grease on things that should not.
I've taken my left front caliper off and on so many times I've lost count.
These are the same calipers/pads that I installed over a year ago and all of a sudden one of them started to make a god awful creak.

I've got a new piston/boot/seal headed my way in a last ditch effort to fix, but I don't have high hopes.

Something is way out of tolerance, it may need replaced altogether if that true. Maybe something got heat warped?

Warranty?
