Owner's Circle

I got stuck on Step 4 of "Signing up for Owner's Circle". At the bottom of the page, I need to enter date acquired vehicle along with aquired mileage and current mileage. Is this something I can only sign up for once I actually get my car? How do I check the status of the production of my car? Can anyone help me out?

Just put in a past date and put 5 for the mileage. Thats what I did and it worked.

Tried it, still not able to see status of my car. dude- this Owner's Circle thing sucks...
