Software version

car was built 12/05. How do I find out the current software. Do all vehicles built during this time have 2.0?

Unlikely, mine was built in September and has 19.

I don´t know when 2.0 was out, if ever but it would have been way before the E90, maybe at the E65 launch.

Don't think there is a way for the consumer to have access to their software version number. BTW, I thought it's called "CIP 20" not "2.0". Maybe there are different nomenclature?

I just got the car back from the dealer last week. They put v22 in mine.

Most cars built in December got CIP20 ( now known as Progman 20 )

This is the latest at the moment

Id say you got Progman 20.02

Progman 21 will only come out in a few weeks
