Ebay spacers

Are ebay spacers trustworthy? It's just a piece of metal, nothing technical, so it should be fine right? Fitment issues?

I wouldn't trust them. Get either Turner Motorsport, Burger Motorsports, or ECS Tuning.

Late reply, oh well...

Considering the price differential, I tried a an ebay set and had no issues at all, granted they weren't as aggressive as the linked set, i think they were 10mm/12mm. Perfectly machined with good bolts, have run them at least 20k miles and several years with staggered OEM 18" wheels with zero issues at all. Couldn't be happier with them!

Most would be scared but I've been running ebay spacers for years and would run them again. They're not inferior they're just a product that isn't branded. You pay extra for the name.

I have BMS spacers, but as long as you get a set that are hub centric you should be fine. The main problem with generic or cheaper ones is that they don't fit over the hub properly to align them. As long as they align correctly and are reasonably balanced, you won't have issues. Since they are so close to the center of rotation, they don't even have to be balanced perfectly.

I've had a set that didn't align properly. Yeah it's just metal but the tolerances and holes need to be fabricated properly because it's a pretty important component of your drivetrain if you use them. Luckily I was able to get a replacement that fit much better.
