Hi there

Came up with this error code on my dash. I replaced it with the corresponding rear brake sensor and it is still giving me the error code after attempting to clear it on my dash.

I did the following to attempt to clear it
- Hold down button on instrument cluster
- Toggle through to the error code on dash
- Click on it, then hold down while reset shows on dash.

What happens is instead of reseting like other things on the dash, it doesnt let me. When I attempt to clear it, the service light pops on (car on a hoist/lift)

Any clue as to what could be going on? Brand new, bmw genuine sensor in the rear. I made sure connection is tight in the fender well, and that it is securely pushed into place on the brake caliper.
