Electric steering motor

In need of someone that can rebuild or unmarry the new electric steering motor from the car that it came off. The module is not communicating and doesnt want to be reprogrammed im stuck without power steering please help

I bought a used motor and replaced it onto my original rack and it didnt work so im assuming it has to be coded or something

I have never done this repair/replacement but the bentley manual has a final step of calibrating the steering angle sensor with a BMW scan tool.
