June MF and Incentives/Rebates

Does anyone know what the June base Mf and residuals are 36/10 and 36/12? Also any rebates or incentives?

My dealership is giving me:

Residual 58%
Money factor: 0.00206

How is that compared to others?

Can't answer your questions without the appropriate details. Residual is based on miles/year on your lease. Sounds like you're talking about a 15k/year lease, in which case that residual would be correct.

As for your money factor - they're inflating it to make money on you. And they're inflating it a lot. It should only be .00166. That's the current buy rate for BMW. He's inflating the rate to make money off you in a way that's not easy to discern - and in that way, sneaky.

I would walk away from any dealer that pulls a move like that in a heartbeat.

Remember that credit can affect your MF as well.

Not really a small markup, it's 3/4 of a percent.

Granted, interest rates have been going up, but over 4.5% on a car is a bit much in my book.

Are people getting a MF close to buy rate? I've checked with two dealers locally and one is .00216 and the other is .00206.

Two dealers offered me buy rate in May of .00166 - one of the two initially had a small reserve but when I asked if they would bring it down to .00166 they quickly agreed. Another dealer was way over and the last was .00188 (non-negotiable).
You will probably need to call around and you should be able to get it.

You guys - buy rate should be a GIVEN. If your dealer is trying to get over buy rate ,that should be an instant walk away.
