Need your help to find missing part - friction plate

Hello guys,

Need your help in trying to find a missing part number.
This seems to be a BMW OEM friction plate / small wheel spacer put only on M cars between front wheel and brake hub.
It is also mentioned in ISTA manuals, but unfortunately I can’t seem to find the part number, as it is grayed out everywhere. Look at the attached scheme and if possible provide me with the part number.

Also if someone is better familiar with what it does and should we use it in our regular 3 series would be interesting to share?

Thanks

So what function does it serve?

It is not included in the F series MPerf braking system, so apparently not needed

Not really sure, it is supposed to "increase friction" whatever this means, but after seeing it costs 50+ EUR per shim (x4 needed) I now agree with you - not needed.

Thanks for the support once again.
